I've noticed that every Celiac I speak to has one or two restaurants where they feel they can eat...none of them are ever the same. It seems to me that we should be sharing this info. After all it's a lot of work to train a chef, a wait staff and a manger to cook for us. Wouldn't it be nice to compile a list of these safe places to eat so we can benefit from each others hard work?
